Terms of Service

1. Operator

SEED is operated by Mint Labs. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@withseed.app.

2. Service Scope

SEED provides a blog growth workspace, including:

1. Blog URL analysis and keyword recommendations.
2. AI draft structure generation and writing assistance.
3. SEO score analysis and real-time improvement feedback.
4. Content quality feedback based on available market signals.
5. HTML export and optional direct publishing to a connected Google Blogger account.
6. Social promotion packs for supported platforms, with direct publishing available only for connected providers and copy/open alternatives where direct publishing is unavailable.
7. Search tracking tools, live Google result links, and automation for supported tracking items.
8. The free SEED Starter Blogger XML theme.
9. A CC0 image finder that sends the title and keyword to Openverse, shows indexed-media previews, and stores selected copies in SEED R2.

3. Accounts

1. Accounts support Google sign-in and email magic links. Google Blogger authorization is requested separately only when a user chooses to connect Blogger.
2. Users must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account or email address without permission.
3. Users are responsible for actions taken through their account.
4. Users may connect only Facebook Pages, Threads accounts, and other social destinations they are authorized to manage. Users are responsible for reviewing content and complying with each provider's terms, policies, and publishing rules.

4. Plans and Limits

1. Eligible accounts can use a seven-day Pro trial. The trial begins after the first personalized public-blog analysis completes, does not require a payment card, and does not convert automatically into a paid subscription.
2. Pro includes 50 blog analyses per week, higher AI usage limits, search tracking capacity, and Google Blogger publishing tools as described on the pricing page.
3. Weekly limits reset every Monday at 00:00 KST. Minute-level limits may apply to protect service stability.
4. SEED may update limits after reasonable notice when service operation or cost structure changes.

5. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

1. Pro is available for $19 USD per month or $190 USD per year, excluding applicable taxes. The yearly option provides 12 months for the price of 10. Payment is processed by a Merchant of Record, which calculates applicable taxes at checkout and issues receipts.
2. Users may cancel Pro at any time through the settings page or the management link in the payment confirmation email. Access remains available until the end of the current paid period.
3. Because Pro is a digital service made available immediately, mid-cycle refunds are not offered except for service failures, billing errors, duplicate payments, or where required by law.
4. Refund eligibility and request instructions are described in the refund policy.

6. AI-Generated Content

1. Users own the output they create with SEED, subject to applicable law and third-party platform rules.
2. Users grant SEED a limited license to process, store, and transmit submitted content only as needed to provide requested analysis, writing, storage, and publishing features.
3. AI output is provided for assistance. Users are responsible for final factual review, legal review, editorial judgment, and publication.
4. SEED does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, current, compliant, profitable, or suitable for every use case.

7. Free Starter Theme License

1. SEED Starter may be used without charge on Blogger sites directly operated by the user.
2. The included SEED attribution must not be removed, hidden, or made unreadable.
3. The theme file may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or applied for third parties as a service without written permission.
4. The theme is provided as available. Future compatibility updates or additional themes are not guaranteed.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a mandatory local rule conflicts with these terms, that rule applies.

9. Prohibited Conduct

1. Generating illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
2. Using bots, scripts, or bulk automation to bypass limits.
3. Interfering with service operation or security.
4. Collecting or misusing another person's data.
5. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or reselling the service.

10. Changes and Availability

SEED may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. SEED is not responsible for search rankings, ad revenue, platform policy changes, or publishing outcomes outside its control.
