Terms of Service

1. Operator

SEED is operated by Mint Labs. Questions about these terms can be sent to withseed.app@gmail.com.

2. Service Scope

SEED provides a blog growth workspace, including:

  1. Blog URL analysis and keyword recommendations.
  2. AI draft structure generation and writing assistance.
  3. SEO score analysis and real-time improvement feedback.
  4. Content quality feedback based on available market signals.
  5. HTML export for publishing and Blogspot publishing features.
  6. Search tracking tools, live Google result links, and automation for supported tracking items.
  7. Blogger XML theme catalog, including free themes and paid premium themes.

3. Accounts

  1. Accounts use email magic-link authentication.
  2. Users must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account or email address without permission.
  3. Users are responsible for actions taken through their account.

4. Plans and Limits

  1. The Free plan includes 3 blog analyses per week and the weekly usage limits listed on the pricing page.
  2. Pro includes 50 blog analyses per week, higher AI usage limits, search tracking capacity, Blogspot publishing tools, and external writing-tool API features as described on the pricing page.
  3. Weekly limits reset every Monday at 00:00 KST. Minute-level limits may apply to protect service stability.
  4. SEED may update limits after reasonable notice when service operation or cost structure changes.

5. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

  1. Pro is a monthly subscription priced at $19 USD, excluding applicable taxes. Payment is processed by a Merchant of Record, which calculates applicable taxes at checkout and issues receipts.
  2. Users may cancel Pro at any time through the settings page or the management link in the payment confirmation email. Access remains available until the end of the current paid period.
  3. Because Pro is a digital service made available immediately, mid-cycle refunds are not offered except for service failures, billing errors, duplicate payments, or where required by law.
  4. Paid themes are one-time digital purchases. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

6. AI-Generated Content

  1. Users own the output they create with SEED, subject to applicable law and third-party platform rules.
  2. AI output is provided for assistance. Users are responsible for final factual review, legal review, editorial judgment, and publication.
  3. SEED does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, current, compliant, profitable, or suitable for every use case.

7. Digital Theme Licenses

  1. Free themes may be used on blogs operated by the user, but the included Seed Themes attribution must not be removed or hidden.
  2. Paid premium themes grant a permanent license for one Blogger blog directly operated by the purchaser. Premium themes do not include the free-theme attribution footer.
  3. Themes may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or applied for third parties as a service without written permission.
  4. When a paid theme refund is approved, the license ends immediately. The user must delete and stop using any downloaded files.

8. EU/EEA Digital Content Notice

For users in the EU or EEA, digital content and digital services are provided immediately after purchase or download when the user gives explicit consent. Where applicable under Directive 2011/83/EU, clicking a paid theme download button starts digital content delivery and may waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  1. Generating illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  2. Using bots, scripts, or bulk automation to bypass limits.
  3. Interfering with service operation or security.
  4. Collecting or misusing another person's data.
  5. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or reselling the service.

10. Changes and Availability

SEED may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. SEED is not responsible for search rankings, ad revenue, platform policy changes, or publishing outcomes outside its control.
