Refund Policy

Effective date: May 15, 2026

1. Overview

This policy applies to SEED Pro subscriptions and one-time digital Blogger theme purchases operated by Mint Labs. Payments are processed by a Merchant of Record, and that processor's billing and refund rules may also apply.

2. Pro Subscriptions

  1. Pro is billed monthly at $19 USD, excluding applicable taxes, and renews on the same day of each billing cycle.
  2. Users may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewal and Pro access remains available until the current paid period ends.
  3. Cancellation alone does not create an automatic refund for the current paid period.

3. Subscription Refunds

  1. Because Pro is a digital service provided immediately after payment, mid-cycle refunds are not offered for change of mind, low usage, or forgetting to cancel.
  2. Refunds may be considered for service failures caused by SEED, duplicate payments, billing errors, or unauthorized payments that can be verified.
  3. When a service failure refund is approved, the refund may be prorated for the unavailable portion of the paid period.

4. Digital Theme Purchases

  1. Paid Blogger themes are one-time digital content purchases. Each paid theme grants a permanent license for one Blogger blog directly operated by the purchaser.
  2. Once a theme file is downloaded, digital content delivery is complete. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered after download.
  3. Refunds may be considered before download, for duplicate or unauthorized payments, or when a technical issue caused by SEED prevents download for more than 72 hours.
  4. When a paid theme refund is approved, download access is revoked, the license ends, and the user must delete and stop using any downloaded files.

5. EU/EEA Withdrawal Notice

For users in the EU or EEA, digital services and digital content may be provided immediately after purchase or download with explicit consent. Where applicable under Directive 2011/83/EU, starting a paid theme download confirms that digital content delivery begins and may waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email withseed.app@gmail.com with the payment email, order or subscription identifier, and the reason for the request.
  2. You may also use the support or management link in the payment confirmation email.
  3. Approved refunds are generally submitted within five business days. Actual arrival depends on the payment method and card issuer.
